FUN FAIR & MEET THE STAFF NIGHT: September 22nd at Conestogo P.S.

Thursday, September 22, 2022 (5:45pm -8:15pm)
Fun Fair (outside and in the gym via back gym doors) 5:45pm – 8:15pm
Meet the Staff (inside the school in classrooms): 6:30-7:30pm (Front doors will be open 6:30-7:30pm)

A Flyer was sent home with your child outlining ticket ordering information. There is no ordering online this year! Drop box available outside front door 9-4pm daily until Friday September 16th.  You can also purchase tickets for activities the evening of the Fun Fair in the gym when you arrive at the back of the school.

FUN FAIR: BBQ, DRINKS, FACE PAINTING, MONKEY BUS, MINI GOLF, FIRE TRUCK TOURS AND MORE!

CLASSROOM BASKETS: Each student will be asked to contribute an item to their classroom silent auction theme basket which will be available for bidding in the gym during the Fun Fair. Please send your contributions to school and homeroom teachers will put these together for School Council members to collect.

PURCHASE FOOD, RAFFLE & GAME TICKETS: Purchase Food, Raffle & Game Tickets! This year game tickets will need to be purchased in advance by dropping order forms and cash off in a envelope/baggie at the school Parent Council Box located outside at front door of the school during school hours 9-4pm. The forms will be part of the flyer sent home with your child or you can refer to this link to print your own copy.

Additional Raffle and Game Tickets will be available for purchase at the Fun Fair in the gym.
