CPS and our School Council offers some extracurricular clubs for students during the school nutrition break times. Some of these clubs are run by third-party organizations for which there is a fee charged for the club (e.g. Mad Science or Art Shine).
At Conestogo Public School we believe in the importance of equal access and opportunity for participation in extracurricular clubs. Students/families requiring financial assistance should contact the Principal. The Principal will ensure that the family’s request for financial assistance or application for scholarship is dealt with in an appropriate, sensitive and confidential manner.
The Mad Science and Art Club program are fee-based extracurricular clubs offered outside of the regular instructional time during a nutrition break. They are open to all grades 1 – 6 students. However student openings are limited based upon room availability and size. Parents/guardians are encouraged to register early for the program.
