There are two progams offered by the Woolwich Counselling Centre that may be of interest to you and your children. “Glad to Be Me” is for children ages 4 – 7 and this program promotes self-esteem and self-worth. “No Need to Fret” is for children ages 7 – 11 and this program provides successful strategies to help anxious children cope with fears and worries.
