HOW TO purchase Fun Fair RAFFLE & GAME TICKETS and FOOD:

DEADLINE to purchase online: Monday, September 18 at midnight.

(Cash sales will be available at the Fun Fair, including food if quantities last. Please help us to prepare by purchasing online this weekend.)

  1. To purchase online, go to www.school-day.com.
  2. Log into your account. (Not registered? See instructions below or the letter sent home.)
  3. Once on School-Day, click on PRODUCTS. Choose from:
    • Fun Fair GAME & RAFFLE TICKETS: $0.50 each. 20 for $10.
    • Fun Fair HAMBURGER: $2.50
    • Fun Fair HOTDOG: $1.50
    • Fun Fair CHIPS: $0.50
    • Fun Fair WATER: $1.00
    • Fun Fair JUICE: $0.50
  4. To add products to your cart, click on the product and choose your quantity, then click on ADD TO CART.
  5. Note: Order for your whole family. You can designate your entire order to one child.
  6. To add another product to your cart, return to the list of products by clicking on the word PRODUCTS at the top of the page.
  7. To review and pay for your order, click on the SHOPPING CART ICON in the top-right corner.
  8. Click on CHECKOUT and complete the payment form.
  9. PRINT your order receipt by clicking on the PRINT button in the top-right corner.
  10. Bring your Order Receipt with you to the Fun Fair. (Or have it on your phone.)
  11. When you arrive at the Fun Fair, pick up your paper tickets at the Ticket Booth.
  12. On your Raffle Tickets, remember to clearly write your Name & Phone Number to win!

HOW TO access School-Day:

Find the letter sent home with your child’s unique “Secure-Match Key” or follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Create Your School-Day account (if you do not already have one):

  1. Go to www.school-day.com.
  2. Click LOG IN, then REGISTER.
  3. Complete the information, including your email address—important for receiving notifications.

Step 2: Add your Students:

  1. Click ADD STUDENT.
  2. Enter the “Secure-Match Key” you received on paper. OR if you do not have a Secure-Match™ Key, you can try Electronic Authentication instead (see the fine print below the Secure-Match Key form).
  3. To complete the Electronic Authorization form, you will need your student’s OEN number (found on their report cards).

  1. Receive important notifications from Conestogo PS and the School Board from our school website:
  2. Go to our school website: con.wrdsb.ca and scroll down to the FOOTER.
  3. In the footer, find the “Stay Connected” section. Enter your email and click the SUBSCRIBE button.
