Parents, please order on School-Day.com or by completing the form below and returning to the school with cash or cheque.

Spread the holiday cheer: Distribute the provided PDF form to friends, family and neighbours. Paper Forms with Cash or Cheques made payable to “Conestogo P.S.” may be deposited into the School Council mailbox to the left of the glass case across from the school office.
